Mick Schumacher leads a whole series of racers who follow their fathers and relatives into F1. Here are the 22 candidates.

With Max Verstappen and Kevin Magnussen currently two drivers in the Formula 1 field are represented, whose fathers have already driven Grand Prix races. They belong to a group of 16 sons of former F1 drivers who have made it to the premier class of motorsport on their own. In addition, there are eleven brothers, five nephews, a son-in-law, a grandnephew, a cousin and four brothers-in-law.

Famous Formula 1 Families:

Certainly, it will not remain that way with Verstappen and Magnussen. There is a whole hoard of junior races (in total 22) getting ready to challenge Formula 1 like their famous relatives. Above all, of course, Mick Schumacher, the son of record world champion Michael Schumacher.

But also the offspring of former Schumi teammate at Ferrari Rubens Barrichello and Luca Badoer announce Formula 1 ambitions. Eduardo Barrichello competes in the USF2000, an IndyCar junior series, Brando Badoer in the Karting World Championship.
