Mick Schumacher Formula 1 Test Debut in Bahrain

Mick Schumacher will not only test for Alfa Romeo in Bahrain, but also for Ferrari. After twelve years, a “Schumi” will finally be sitting in a Ferrari car again.

Only a few days ago, ABMS & F1 Insider revealed in an exclusive news report that the German Junior pilot will test drive an F1 Alfa Romeo in Bahrain. Now we can also confirm reports from “Autosport”, that Schumi junior will also test a Ferrari on the Bahrain tracks!

Mick Schumacher Test Program in Bahrain

• On Saturday, the 20-year-old will take part in his first Formula 2 race. On Sunday he will have his second race.
• On Monday, he will spend his day with the Ferrari team to get prepared and familiar with the whole team. Schumi junior knows Ferrari very well. He is a Ferrari Junior Squad pilot who attended the opening ceremony of the current Ferrari Formula 1 model, the SF90.
• On Tuesday, Mick Schumacher will test drive the Ferrari SF90 and thus will be sitting in a modern F1 car for the first time. He has already had some experience when he completed a demo run in 2017 in the 1994 Benetton Ford, the car Michael Schumacher won his first world champion.
• On Wednesday he will sit in an F1 Alfa Romeo car.

Mick Schumacher will also get support from Sebastian Vettel. “I won’t give him tips how to drive, certainly not!” says the Ferrari star in an interview with SPORT BILD Special. “But there are many things that I can pass on to him thanks to my greater experience.
